As noted earlier, Dave's trusty assistant will join him in London on Sunday. Part of my vacation plan includes a soothing knit of my favorite sock pattern with my favorite sock yarn. Here it is getting ready to be packed in my backpack. The yarn is Madelintosh sock in the colorway Volga. The pattern is a plain, no-brainier sock with a ribbed cuff, eye of partridge heel and stockinette leg and foot. Needles are bamboo size 1. All you knitters know what I'm saying :) I'll keep everyone posted on the progress.
